Career Overview
Beverly Sandacz is a partner and a principal at Hanna, Campbell, & Powell, LLC. She joined the firm in 2013 after working at two large law firms in Cleveland, Ohio.
Beverly is a member of the medical defense group. She was a former registered nurse, who worked primarily in intensive care units, with the last 6 years of her 10-year nursing career spent in the cardio-thoracic intensive care unit at the Cleveland Clinic. Beverly used this valuable and unique experiences and has since devoted her entire 31-year legal career to the defense of hospitals and health care providers, including physicians, advanced practice providers, mental health providers, nurses, therapists, etc.
Beverly has successfully defended hundreds of medical malpractice cases in virtually all areas of medicine; many of which involved castrophic injuries and/or death. She has tried over forty medical negligence cases across northern Ohio. Beverly has also lectured to physicians, nurses, and lawyers on medical malpractice issues.
