Career Overview

Anna Ruscak is an associate in the firm’s General Litigation Group, where she is dedicated to providing strategic advocacy for her clients. She approaches each matter with the clients’ goals at the forefront and a commitment to achieving the best possible results.

Anna earned her J.D. in May 2025 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. At CWRU, she gained hands-on experience through the IP Venture Clinic, where she worked with startups and entrepreneurs on intellectual property and business matters. While in law school, she also served as a law clerk at a civil litigation firm in Cleveland, where she developed practical skills in case strategy, motion practice, and client communication.

Before attending law school, Anna earned her B.S. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from The Ohio State University. Her scientific background has proven valuable in handling medical malpractice and other complex litigation matters that require an understanding of medical and technical issues. Through her education and experiences Anna has built a foundation rooted in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and client-focused advocacy. 

Outside of work, Anna enjoys hiking, golfing, and skiing.
