Archbishop Hoban Mock Trial Continues A Winning Legacy

Congratulations to Archbishop Hoban High School’s mock trial program for advancing three teams out of Districts and securing the 1^st place trophy on January 17th. Hoban’s mock trial program continues a winning legacy that was started by the late Jeff and Peg Schobert, and is carried on by Attorney Carol Tran, APD Deputy Chief Mike Caprez, Attorney Chris Parker, Attorney Kurt Weitendorf, among others. This year’s problem concerns a hearing on a motion for a preliminary injunction to remove a generative AI video of an aspiring political candidate. We wish them the best of luck as they head on to Regionals on February 7th!
